A glimmer is a small, sensory moment when your nervous system registers safety and aliveness, like the warmth of a mug, a song that hits right, a genuine moment of connection. Coined by Deb Dana from polyvagal theory research, glimmers are the opposite of triggers. This course teaches you to notice, collect, and return to them.

No, and that distinction matters. Gratitude asks your brain to reframe. Glimmers ask your body to notice. For a dysregulated nervous system, the body-based approach is the one that actually lands.
